As far as I can tell this product has NOT been NRTL (National Recognized Testing Laboratory) (such as UL) which makes it incompatible with the regulations if your local community uses the NEC (National Electrical Code) (which almost all of them are). If this thing causes your house to burn down, which probably shows up in them pinching the wire insulation right in with a set screw, the insurance won't pay.
