This product does not have a net cap. There are huge holes in the lid. If you put hops in it and put it in the fermenter. Hop fragments will come out through large holes. This is such an obvious design flaw, why would you do it? I did a little research to see if there was a legitimate reason to do something like this and I found out that it was literally just an $8-$10 "stainless steel dry coffee maker". Bunker that Alibaba sells in bulk. A little more research shows that this is a visual replica (i.e. they didn't copy the internals) of a US made part that costs more but actually works. Probably because the original designers brew the beer and the Alibaba guys who copied the design don't. In any case, I'm sending it back for a refund.
