Algo 8180G2 for our remote needs ( noisy store). We bought it and are having trouble setting it up. I called Comcast back and they said they needed to clarify that it had to be purchased through them because it was "pre-produced" to work with their system and that they needed to add another "seat" to the phone system. I asked if there was a way to charge for a seat but use a device that was already purchased and they emphatically said no. So if you want to use the Algo 8180G2 on a Comcast VoiceEdge system, you have to get it from them and pay $10 or whatever monthly fee they charge. Although we were never able to get the device to work due to Comcast, the build quality looked great and the features were just what we needed. The ringer volume with the test button was very loud, which was just what we needed.
