Can't say if it really works

I've been taking this product since 6/21/21. I've had three bottles already. Working three times a week, full time in construction, including housework and family life. I don't feel any change in energy or stamina. I've gotten a bit leaner in terms of muscle mass and lost about five pounds, but I think that's because I lift and work out 3 times a week. I felt like I had a good pump while lifting weights which could be related to this product. With most supplements, it's hard to tell if they work or not. Over the years I have taken many creatine, whey protein, glutamine and amino acid products (liquid and tablet). I've even used ephedra (hydroxycut) in the past, which worked very well as long as you don't abuse the product (these days people drink energy drinks with warning labels and that's fine πŸ€”). So in general I can't say anything about this product. I'm not very impressed. I didn't really feel a change in energy or stamina, which are two things they said you felt when taking this product. That's not to say I didn't give this product a try, I bought three bottles and used all three three times a week for proper nutrition and training. You never know if a product will work for you if you don't give it a try. Sometimes I buy two bottles of the product because most supplements take time to work. In my experience, I have never used a supplement that produced instant changes. They only work if you work with them. If you buy and use a product but it doesn't work, you are cheating yourself and wasting your money. If you want to see a change, you have to be willing to make that change and not just rely on the supplements you buy. Kind regards
