This is a game-changing update. Installation took about 2 days but it was worth it. The support is so great they usually respond within 24 hours. I can't complain one bit. I will share that installing the radio after connecting the wiring harness was the longest part. I've seen several videos but none showed how to do it. The trick for me was to make the hole on the right side of the radio a little larger (I used a demurral drill to cut into the side, being very careful with the wiring). I was then able to fiddle with the extra wiring on the right side and the radio was working again. Below are a few things that were not clear until installation: 1) To get sound you need to remove and install the optical cable from the OEM. 2) Tablet audio only works through main unit aux. You access the OEM screen via the NTG icon. This will take you back to the manufacturer's software where you have the same access as before. 3) Auto search for Wi-Fi when car is off. Be sure to disable zlink in factory settings. 4) Extended storage is Micro SD card, not regular SD card. Also, it can only read up to 64GB. Most importantly if in doubt contact the support team, they are fantastic and ready to help. I wish I could do this before putting everything back in place because I missed something and my volume control isn't working. I can still turn up the volume with the steering wheel or tablet, but not with the stock radio. All in all, nothing is perfect, but I'm very satisfied and everyone I show it to is impressed that it's not a factory. To help with fingerprints and scratches, I bought a water glass screen protector.
