They are missing the white rubber grommet that OEM housings are supposed to provide a watertight seal between the semi-circular clear plastic and the black housing. This comes with rubber bottom pads, but you'll need to reuse (2) your OEM bolts for each case. The replacement basically consists of loosening (2) screws and removing the top case. Pull out the lower case with the black rubber grommet, then rotate the gray lamp case a quarter turn and pull out. Install the lower grommet, then reinstall the gray lamp housing (1/4 turn) into the new lower housing. I replaced my OEM bulbs with 194 LED bulbs. If you do, put in a 194 bulb and turn on the headlights to make sure the license plate lights work. If not, take out the LED bulb, rotate it 180 degrees and put it back. , then check by turning the headlights on again. When everything lights up, install the top case and secure it with screws. Repeat for the other side. A NOTICE. Size 194 LED bulbs are NOT included. These are only (2) replacement cases for sale.
