I like that it is easy for customers/users of my website or app (Skyfi)to be able to engage with me in real time through text messages & emails! It's super helpful when we're trying something new out at work - our users love being notified right away if there was an issue so far down their line as opposed to getting all kinds of feedback once things go live via social media posts etc..
The only thing i dislike sometimes is how long some texts take before showing up after sending them but this has nothing to do wtih skyifi itself :) This definitely makes customer service easier since everything can now happen outside of waiting around online via forums which isn't always effective.
