so i bought size 8 in orange and size 6 in yellow for family photos. Orange and yellow definitely complemented each other as the yellow dress has shades of orange to match the orange dress and coincidentally my eldest loves orange and my youngest loves yellow. Also, the size was pretty accurate. Size 8 fits my 8 year old daughter well and size 6 fits my 5 year old daughter well who has long legs and a long torso. Both dresses were mid-calf on my daughters. My problem with dresses is that the fabric is too thin. I was expecting the yellow to be a bit transparent, but it's too transparent, especially when the sun is behind it, like an orange dress. So I'm sending them back.
