My lips are dry all the time. It's winter here and my lips are cracked and bleeding. Chap stick to the rescue. I haven't used the scrub yet, but I will. I use tinted moisturizers once or twice a day and am very happy with the results. My lips are soothed by applying the stick. The color is not shiny, more matte. I haven't used lipstick in a long time because it really irritates my lips. I am happy that I can finally apply some color. By the way, I also bought a night cream from Chap Stick and I think it really helps my lips the most.
