Excellent Quality. My cat is a half maned raccoon, weighs 15 pounds and XXS (very small size) fits him perfectly. I have another one for my small cat (8.2lbs) on Tuesday so not sure how this size will work for her. The only complaint is that they advertise a tear-off security clasp, which they don't. It can break with a lot of pressure, but those usually made for cats break with a little tug. So be careful. Put it on an older cat who is used to collars. The distance between the neck and the collar should be no more than two fingers. If more, her jaw can get stuck at the bottom, and with this type of latch, it won't come loose.
