This expensive blue from two different brands. I really found this iron to be just as good as the $180 version from the same brand. not correct. It's so cheap. The heat setting seems to be off, there's no reason I had to crank the temp up to the max to set a STRAIGHT wig. Then I tried it on a section of my hair just for comparison. I literally had to do 6-7 passes at MAXIMUM heat to get on the straight (I stopped after 3 long slow passes, it should have worked). Not sure if it's because it's cheaper than their expensive version or because I have a bad one, but inaccurate temps are dangerous. I really wanted to like the product, it's similar if not worse to my $17 iron. Either buy another brand or try the blue expensive one, I liked that from my experience with it, but I see that this brand won't save you money.
