Not sure if they are worth the money. I bought the right size and it fits snugly around my wrist, but I wouldn't say it "compresses" much. I have ulnar nerve pain and was looking for something that would minimally stabilize my wrist throughout the day. That may be the case, but another issue is how warm the material is. Maybe I'll try them again in winter, but it won't work if the weather is over 100 degrees. They fit well under the velcro strap I bought which rubs against the skin and they prevent chafing. So I might keep them for this purpose.
