I just started doing sticks and my wrists have been hurting for days. I bought these wrist rests and my wrists feel a lot better. Doesn't restrict my freedom of movement.

i wore it 4 days in a row basically all day and after 4 days my wrist was better. He never felt like he was cutting off the circuit or anything. support provided during work.

I bought these for my friend who has carpal tunnel in his hands. He LOVES these compression bands. He wore them all day and said the next day his hands and fingers didn't hurt at all. It was a great purchase.

I finally found a wrist brace that fits a very small hand. It's also not bulky and easily tucks under my turtleneck. I like that there are two of them so I can swap them out after a workout. Sufficient support provided but not constructive. Happy with the purchase.

These wrist rests really help with yoga planks. My wrists hurt from the boards, but not from these. just wish they came in more colors. I also measured my wrists on their advice and ordered a medium. Had to reorder a size smaller as they were too loose. So if you're between sizes or unsure, order one size down.

Not sure if they are worth the money. I bought the right size and it fits snugly around my wrist, but I wouldn't say it "compresses" much. I have ulnar nerve pain and was looking for something that would minimally stabilize my wrist throughout the day. That may be the case, but another issue is how warm the material is. Maybe I'll try them again in winter, but it won't work if the weather is over 100 degrees. They fit well under the velcro strap I bought which rubs against the skin and they…
