No better or worse than the last monitor I bought a few years ago in this price range and size. The picture looks good enough. The colors are pleasing and there are enough options for fine-tuning. However, there are some uniformity issues with fairly obvious darker/lighter areas at the edges. Also, the menu joystick has an annoyingly bright LED (instead of the classic row of buttons) that blinks when idle; There is an option to turn off while in use, but there is no option to disable blinking. The stand is held in place with a thumbscrew, which after a few weeks loosened and I had to re-tighten.
