It's durable and does its job well. The reason for the decrease in the number of stars.

I use this phone in the kitchen of my retail bakery so the kitchen staff can take the call when the front house team can't. He survived the fall onto the concrete, the crust and dough got into the buttons, and he's still working. He is reliable and does his job well. The reason for the lower asterisks is that when the second line rings, you're only notified by a very faint beep that's almost inaudible in conditions like ours.
