Unfortunately I think the high ratings are due to getting a free electric frother making the ratings and reviews extremely unreliable. it was bulky and could also be used as a food processor. However, the blender jug was scratched after repeated use. I was ready to ignore it, but then I started seeing the blender blade rusting (although it hadn't even been a month). As for the food processor part, I have found that food gets stuck in the hole in the blade where it attaches to the food processor bowl. For actual blender performance, it was a bit underpowered. I was hoping that if I blend the berries for a baby smoothie, he could blend in most of the seeds. Unfortunately, he still left the seeds. Definitely not recommend. Don't rely on reviews.
