Fits my teeth perfectly and feels great. I've used cheap Venom mouthguards in the past which work but it seems like the investment is worth it. There was no case in my package, which the company responded to quickly after I asked my question. I was unable to contact the seller about my order as Revain didn't give me the option to do so. After contacting Revain I was given only two options: either return my mouthguard and get a replacement, or receive a $10 credit to purchase my own case. I opted for a $10 credit as the mouthguard works great. 5 stars for a great product. It looks like I'm just an exception who encountered some inconvenience for not getting a case
