I ordered this after trying Shock Doctor. I couldn't breathe for my life. The impact is normal and stays away while defending. Will not fall out and requires no adjustment. The only downside is the time it takes to get the finished product. Spring.

Spend your money and buy a mouthguard this good if you get hit. They fit perfectly and I can actually talk to them in my mouth. They don't fall out and protect well. It's more work with the process but the service was great and got it back pretty quickly after trying it on. You may not receive them immediately as you will need to return the form, but what you get back is worth the extra security wait.

Best mouth guard I have ever used. I just used the kind you put in hot water and shaped. That's such an improvement. In my opinion it is worth the money. I'm currently using it for jiu-jitsu, so I can't comment on the serious use/impact of punches. It's amazing for rolling. Holds tight, you have to pull something to pull it off. This makes it more comfortable to wear and also makes it easier to breathe through the mouth and drink water with it. I received the mold kit within a week of ordering.
