Beats the mechanic's dealer.
I used a tester to diagnose the evaporator system after the dealer ran two leak tests. They did not give me any useful information and unnecessarily replaced the solenoid. The one I tested has a built in air compressor and produces good smoke. It's plug and play. I found 3 evaporator leaks in about 2 minutes.
