Mazda 3 2005 2.3L. After driving less than 10,000 km after installation, misfires began. I checked the candles and found that 1 candle was completely out of order. The terminal nut has been completely cut away from the rest of the connector. He unplugged it and saw that all the grounding electrodes were burned out. I've never had this problem before, so I decided to check other plugs. The clamping nut came loose on 1 other fork, but otherwise everything was fine. The other 2 plugs were fine. In my opinion, the end nuts should not come loose in such a short time.
