I've had this handy little tool for a little over two weeks and have decided to use it during our Covid-19 home bookings. The first night I opened it I measured both arms, thighs/thighs and the area around my stomach. I started training just resistance bands and squats for 16 consecutive nights and recorded measurements. I was amazed that in just two weeks I tightened my muscles by 1/4-1/2 inch in all the areas mentioned! If I hadn't actually measured them with this device, I don't know if I would have noticed the difference, so I was hooked. easy to measure all areas. You simply pull out the tape measure, lock it in the notch and take your measurements and when you are done push the button and the tape measure will automatically retract. The black numbers are very legible: inches on one side and centimeters on the other. This particular brand comes with an additional tape measure for a variety of other uses around the home. The replacement tape measure also comes with a handy storage box. I invited my girlfriend to do the exercises with me and found it very convenient to take a bag and measure from her. Accuracy and price, and this one has a 5-star rating in all three categories and is excellent value for money. I can't think of any cons associated with this particular brand and I would recommend it to friends and others as a great ton up motivator.
