A safety hazard, not what is shown in the photos or description

I ordered (and paid for) an expensive SUV trunk cover for the back of my Subaru Outback. The images they show show a cover in a Subaru sliding up the side panels and raising the seatback to create a front-to-rear barrier, with a mesh "window" to allow dogs to see people in front can and vice versa. What I got was little more than an ill-fitting tarp and that's an insult to me, I'll put tarps everywhere (at least a tarp I could put up to actually make a barrier). It only runs down the middle of the cargo floor (side panels, wheel arches, door handles and window regulators exposed) which doesn't have adjustable straps short enough to pull up to the headrest (this thing is just above the center console, providing a ramp to the front seat so our dogs can reach us more easily). Not only does this not improve the way our car is protected and the comfort of our pets on long drives, it also makes it more dangerous by allowing them easier access in the front seat (wearing seat belts usually limits this, but a ramp gives them additional benefits (length) and allows them to potentially open windows themselves. I do not recommend this company or this product until they can do two things: 1) drastically improve their product 2) improve the accuracy of photos and product descriptions as there are so many.
