Strong bracket / bracket. It has a bolt that you can loosen and you can twist the part that attaches the flag or whip and it has teeth so if it ever comes loose it won't spin on you. Has 4 screws to clamp it tightly around the cage. It also comes with spacers and longer screws in case you have a larger cage. They also included an Allen key for installation. Will definitely buy again
