I didn't realize that these tweezers worked differently than my other sets of tweezers so when they came out I put them aside thinking I'll probably never use them. For others who might not get it, these tweezers squeeze to open and release to close, just the opposite of what I'm used to. Then one day I was working on applying UV resin to origami paper earrings and I needed some sort of clip to hold the paper in a cone shape while I applied the resin. These tweezers were the perfect tool for that. They also held the earring in a cone shape while I placed it in the curing lamp. Now I don't want to be without them anymore, they are a great addition to my toolbox.
