The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.
I use a xeon 2660 v4 processor, room temperature is 20-25 degrees, I forgot about throttling, the processor never drops the frequency, in dynamic scenes only the video card is loaded and slightly noisy (2060 is super). the cooler and radiator solved the problem of overheating forever, the RAM plate with the radiator may not fit in, a large case or a case with a bulge on the side for the cooler is also pressed.
