Review on ๐ŸŒก๏ธ Thermometer with Suction Cup for Floating Marina by Shawn Reiff

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very accurate. I trust this thermometer. For $2.49, nothing to complain about.

I used one of those ubiquitous cheap digital thermometers at Revain. The temperature fluctuated greatly. And I was just beginning to doubt it. I ordered this guy and it was 6 degrees hotter than digital! Of course the digital thermometer was off by 6 degrees! My poor fish spent a month in 86 degree water. I'm new to the hobby. And he's a betta. So this is the extreme end of the high temperature range. I'm just so glad I bought this. I tested it in a cup filled with ice and some water. This temperature showed the ideal 32 degrees. How to calibrate a thermometer. The digital thermometer read 26. I don't think I'll ever trust a digital thermometer again. The suction cup is stuck. You can't face the thermometer a certain way. I don't mind because it's so cheap. It costs $2.49. That works great. And easily hides behind a plant. I think the people who said the suction cup was broken or left marks, I'm pretty sure those reviewers have acrylic tanks. Probably poor quality acrylic. This is a $2.49 thermometer that is 100% accurate. UPDATE: I have now tested this thermometer on several digital ones. One of them is a very expensive digital one. This thermometer is accurate.
