Slightly lighter than OEM, thinner but perfect fit, electrical connector fits, adjustments work as intended, after winter I'll know more about how it handles Michigan ice storms. Video on replacement without dismantling the door panel. You can unplug the connector from the plastic panel connector on the door handle. It corresponds in shape and color to the original part and is identical after screwing. Being a lighter plastic I don't expect it to be as strong, in another 12 years or after an ice storm I might disagree. Current (5 stars)
