: After having an issue, I spoke to the owner to let him know about my issue. He explained that they needed to change the manufacturer and the type of cotton used, which explained the color difference between my first order and my second. He was quick to respond and very apologetic about the problem. He even refunded my entire order without returning the rope. Really great customer service and I would buy from them again. I've bought two orders of this cable and I absolutely love it! Very soft, strong enough to be taken apart a few times to fix a mistake, all the same length and fairly white. I would give it 5 stars but the next two orders I made the cotton was a different color. A bit more "dirty" look and I was very disappointed. The quality is good but I think it throws at what color you get. (In the photo, the three threads on the right were of the first order and the rest were of the second order)
