It is excellent for heavier duty cases
This material makes an excellent heavy duty knit case. Cast on with needle size 9, 22, knit all rows to a height of 10 1/2 inches (see knitting pattern). Works very well as it is polyester and will attack dirt. I even moisten it a little and wipe small spots. A cake needs about four lids. Great for small gifts.
