It depends: my feedback

Most people will never notice, but someone in China is cranking out these rechargeables with positive poles that are smaller than standard. It's not much-a few tenths of a millimeter, but it is enough to fail in my test flashlight. Rather than flat plates, my professional HVAC flashlight has springs on the positive end that are larger than the poles on theses batteries, so they only make contact intermittently. My "standard" Eneloops never have this problem. This is the third set of these type of AAA's (all different brands) that I have received that have this same "cheap" design flaw. If your device has flat plates or some tiny center point of contact for the positive pole I'm sure it will work fine, but beware if that is not the case.

Pros
  • Ideal for gadgets used frequently or in high drain devices
Cons
  • The product is not compatible with all rechargeable battery chargers
