Perfect fit for 2013 Scion xD
No leaks. The gasket is a rubber-like material while the factory gasket is made of a cork-like material. Doesn't work, fits perfectly. At 85k my ATF was dirty and the filter was dirty. I'm glad I did. It was easy and cheap. I couldn't find the right torque for the bolts, but I tried to tighten them evenly and without leaks :)
