Good, but not as shown

The product is an excellent replacement for the earhook. However, the product image is deceptive. It shows two flexible ear hooks. it is not what was sent. They ship one flexible and one rigid, which I find very inconvenient. After all, these replacements would not have been necessary if the design had not been flawed from the start. if you leave the earhook on the device it breaks very easily - 4 broke within a couple of weeks.
