I ordered A PAIR of "NEENCA [2 Pack] Knee Brace, Knee Compression Sleeve Support with Patella Gel Pad & Side Spring Stabilizers" on 2/27/22, rec'd them on 3/1/22. From the NEENCA page, my measurement fell in exactly in the middle of XL. The sleeve's fell down to my shins in less than an hour. I had to use ace bandages to hold them up. As the company suggested in THEIR literature- "contact us first" before writing a negative review. So I did. I provided a detailed description and NEENCA wanted to provide me with the next size larger - DUH.! Finally, I get them on track and they send a replacement """ONLY ONE SLEEVE"" ( I ordered 2.!). I send NEENCA another message through Revain, and it's been a week and NO REPLY. So if you are about to order and want to go through the hassle of buying , and returning and buying again until you find the correct size, good luck. The Large that they did send, does NOT slip, is kind of tight. IN the spirit of reviews, I am NOT overweight, have somewhat athletic thighs (not weight lifter thighs) etc. I just plain have bad knees (bone on bone for years). All of this said - SHAME ON YOU NEENCA. I gave you a chance, and you chose to ignore me. Perhaps, just perhaps this negative review will have some impact on your business here on Revain, Want to make it right - send me the other sleeve. Otherwise this post stays up, and PLEASE don't hide behind the short staff coronavirus excuse.!
