gives good volume.
They don't give you crazy volume, but they still look good. I have very fine straight hair so it flattened out after a while but that's to be expected, I don't think it has anything to do with it. I just wish they came with some kind of instructions or pictures because I had no idea how to put them on and got it wrong the first time. the hairpins don't slip off which makes me very happy as i was worried that my hair type would cause them to slip off. I really like that they came with a comb too, it's great for parting.
