Nice, but much too sheer for my purpose

Unfortunately, though these are labeled as semi-sheer and several reviews seem to indicate that they allow light into a room but you cannot see through them, I found that that was not the case at all, even though I gathered them a great deal. My exercise room is next to my neighbors golf cart path and I really need something light emitting but opaque to cover my de k doors, so they have to go back. They are very nicely made and I like the natural look of them very much, just too sheer for my needs.
