Gave It a 3 on my review.
Instructions not very clear-diagrams only and not sufficient to know how to thread the webbing. Included in the package were 2 figure 8 webbings, but no instructions on what or how they are to be used.Did eventually figure out how to make the ratchet work, only to discover that the not very much can be wound up on the reel. I hope it is as sturdy as it seems.
