This is my second Titanium skillet and I immediately noticed that the handle is strong and comfortable. It stays in any position you place it, folded for storage, as a handle, or wherever you like. This is perfect for a breakfast for two unless you want your food to touch. I can roast 2 fillets, 2 smaller ribs or 1 T-bone. The trick is low and slow heat if you haven't used titanium before. It will discolour here and there but I was able to remove most of the blemishes/burns with the Magis eraser. Cleaning goes better if you clean it shortly after use. The satin mesh drawstring pouch is oversized in height allowing for stashing of other pieces but still has the ability to be closed. I'm very happy with it, and while I'm not shaving a gram for luggage packing, it helps shed some weight in our floor setup. Hope that was helpful, thanks!
