Very Difficult Height Adjustment
This product requires step-by-step cable height adjustment instructions. Although everything was intact, I thought my item was somehow broken. Other videos and customer comments did not help. Then at the end I pushed in the vertical end of the leveler (numbered side) and pulled the little knobs outward. Then, and only then, could I adjust the height of the wire up and down. Tip: Press one end of the vertical side against your body for support while adjusting the other end. Wilton, could you please provide this information so the buyer doesn't have to spend 40 minutes figuring it out for themselves? Thanks very much!
