A sharp bit to cover the old number plate screws
They are bright and crisp and look good to cover the front number plate screws. Works great with a bejeweled frame. The plastic washers are positioned behind the screws and then the jeweled covers are snapped onto the screws and plastic washers. You need to make sure your license plate screws have a head small enough to fit the covers - they are not as big as regular license plate screws.
