I'm having a lot of fun with this meat injector and experimenting with different marinades. It's very easy to use, well made and dishwasher safe, but includes cleaning brushes if you choose to hand wash. The injector keg holds 2 ounces of marinade, which is great because you don't have to refill. There are three needles for different cuts of meat. I like the small needle for small cuts of meat like chicken breasts. If you're making a liquid-only marinade, use a syringe to suck the liquid through the needle instead of pouring it in. I also find it best to let the meat rest for an hour before cooking. However, it's much quicker (and better) than marinating the outside the traditional way.
