We'll see how they hold up over time, but first impression is that these chairs are incredibly comfortable for reclining and a great deal for the price. Their shape is not well-designed for sitting up completely straight, say at a table, so do not buy these expecting them to be versatile. They are for reclining, either partway or all the way down, and they are incredibly comfortable in those configurations.
