Great mounting system, works great for the iPhone 5S in the rescue bag that is mounted on my 2005 BMW R1200RT handlebars, holds the phone in place but still allows access. I had to modify mine a bit as the top and bottom fingers got in the way of the phone's power button (top right) and the bottom left headphone jack on the Lifeproof case. I replaced the included locknuts with 8-32" Kep-Nut style locknuts (they have built in lock washers) and they are much easier to secure. Tighten them and they are difficult to fix because the shape of the base plate is too tight to put a wrench/head/wrench on it to hold them. almost "self-retaining", which makes it easier to position your fingers. All in all a good product that's easy to install and set up if you're the type of owner who does the maintenance yourself. If you're one of those bikers who wants to take your motorcycle to the dealer for an oil change, you don't know how to install this product and need to drive to the bar/Starbucks without trying to use your phone while riding.
