Review on Anco Precision Wall Mount Bracket for 📱 Google, ADT, Brinks Nest Guard Secure Security System by Kristy Young

I think it's a big disadvantage that Google/Nest haven't figured out how to wall mount their product. I wanted a keyboard in my hallway that didn't have a shelf or flat surface to put a nest guard on. For a year it has been taped to the wall as shown in my drawing. I used the command bars and then tried to hide the cord behind the mirror to make everything look ridiculous, but I was willing to accept that in order to have a security system. I'm so happy that Anko created this mount! Installation was very easy. It took less than 20 minutes and now it looks like a professional alarm. The color is a bit more yellow than the device but if it really bothers someone they could easily paint it. The room I have it in only gets artificial light so I don't think it's very noticeable otherwise I'd probably paint mine. I routed the cord through the wall and the plug is right under the guard so it comes out of the wall and then plugs in at the bottom. This involved cutting out a second piece and also installing a cable plate to allow the cable to come out of the wall.
