Oh sorry to give that lousy star on this review but I honestly can't rate it any higher. Firstly because there is nothing underneath, and also because it has a great design. It's small and the two dials are easy to use. No more 5-minute searching for illegible numbers or figuring out an order when you just want to quickly warm up your coffee - grrrr. I've read all the conflicting reviews about it and was defeated by the usability argument, but was vaguely wondering if it was written by people who either haven't used it themselves (some have been) or who don't use it have it for long. I've been trying for two full weeks hoping for improvement; I really wanted this purchase to be a success! Unfortunately, the one I received was completely unusable. Cooking a frozen vegetable in this microwave took longer than cooking it on the stove, including heating the stove and rinsing the pan. It took several minutes to heat a small cup of coffee. The spinning wreck made a lot of noise and sounded like it wasn't fitting properly. In fact, it seemed like the whole machine just wouldn't work, like a microwave. After two weeks I gave up, packed everything in a box and sent it back. If you buy this product, please keep the packaging material! Now I have my old battered 20 year old microwave on the counter and it works perfectly. Keep what you have or get another brand. I hope they improve the features on this microwave or add easy-to-use handles on other models. It's actually a really useless product. I'm surprised Revane is still wearing it.
