They received a brand new Samsung S8 in exchange for a faulty Samsung S7 that had been sent in for repair as part of the "Trade-In" program. The faulty Samsung S7 was a "black diamond." I have been a Samsung customer for a very long time; my first model was an S5, which came before the S7. The phone is stunningly elegant and not at all bulky in any way. The only way to really appreciate the allure of a limitless screen is to make use of it by watching movies or playing video games. Absolutely unbounded. It gives off an opulent and alluring vibe when it's black, making you want to grab a hold of it right away. According to the words of a fellow Apple lover, "Doesn't appear to be made of any kind of plastic. Let me hold it!" It is physically longer than the S7, but it is narrower, and as a result, it is easier to hold in one's hands; in fact, I get the impression that it is not quite as slippery as its predecessor. Even though the protective covers and films have not yet arrived, I have used the headphones for three weeks without finding any scratches on them. This could be due to the fact that I handle them carefully. I quickly became accustomed to the fingerprint scanner located on the device's rear, and it functions without any issues; the most important thing is to correctly record the data using a variety of perspectives. I don't use a retinal scanner. I did not detect any differences in the S7's capacity, power, or camera (perhaps because I only used it for a little over half a year): everything moves quickly, and the images are appealing, especially the autofocus on macro photography. Very loud ringing! It took some getting accustomed to not having a Home button, but there was no risk of accidentally touching the "Back" or "Running apps" button while playing the game. My previous cable, however, does not work with the new equipment at work, therefore I was required to get a replacement one. Included in the package is an adaptor. Other from that, it is fairly comparable to its predecessor in that the speaker is located at the bottom, it is always and everywhere audible, and the volume rockers are located on separate controls, which is helpful. The location of the headphone jack on the top of the device is inconvenient. Because the corners are rounded, I inadvertently press my fingers against it when I hold the phone in certain positions, despite the fact that this is not required. It will be fixed by the cover. Of the seemingly insignificant drawbacks, it is evident that they did not change the battery from the Galaxy S7: if for that charging device with average use (messengers, social networks), it was enough for a whole calmly and still remained, then the new gadget consumes a little bit more. Yet, the built-in charger gives it a full charge in a short amount of time. Now, regarding the cost: despite the fact that you were able to trade in your old phone for the new one, you were still had to make an additional sizable payment for the new device.
