Ok guys I rarely give a product a star but this one deserves it. The goods were delivered on time and in new condition. The day before the device arrived I received an email from the seller stating that Ansel had an issue with the product freezing on the screen and I needed to update the product before I could use it. Here's what I did after receiving the item. When updating the software the update said it failed so I tried again this time it said it works great ready to try. The screen never crashed so I can only assume a software patch was installed as I couldn't find a way to test the device. So I test the first battery, it tests good, it tests the second battery, it tests bad, ah oh, test the third battery, test it good, test the fourth and fifth batteries, test it bad, damn it. Go back to the first battery that gave bad results and this time check the test results again. Hm? Check it again, everything is fine, but you need to charge what? Check again, replace. ? I check that the terminals are well connected, check the battery terminals, everything is ok, no corrosion, and finally I test the same battery with a carbon load tester, this tests the battery under load. Tried three times, always the same. The battery is good. So I write to Ancel's technical department with a detailed email, I get an answer where the device was ordered and what is your order number. The ? It was then said that they would need more details and videos to try and resolve the issue. Almost as much help as a greeting at Walmart. It goes without saying that the device has received a return to Revain. This is the second device I've bought from Ancel, the first one I've used and it works, not very impressed but the second battery tester was unacceptable.
