Perfect Pullman: Bread Pans

After a recent trip to Japan I became obsessed with a fluffy white bread they use to make sandwiches (sando) there. When I got home, I started baking bread for the first time. What a journey but so rewarding and the breakthrough came when I bought this Pullman bread pan. This helps me make a perfect replica of the bread I tried in Japan. highlighted.
