Received this yesterday and it arrived just in time as I wanted to make bolognese sauce. At first I kind of overloaded the processor, but once I minimized what I put in there, everything was perfect! He sliced a whole bunch of carrots, celery, onions and mushrooms in less than 5 minutes! The fastest Bolognese I've ever made. It's worth it. After that I wiped the car down and put the parts in the dishwasher and it was that simple. It's great for everyday cooking, especially for me as I'm having a newborn soon and don't have time to do everything by hand. Excellent and convenient purchase!
