I gave four stars because I really like the professional packaging and the quality of the product. They just arrived today and the sound is really good. I wouldn't say outstanding, but I would definitely take second place if I had to give an award. The noise cancellation is amazing. I dropped those babies and started shuffling around the house trying to figure out what I'm doing every day. The silence was almost deafening. Nearly. I gave the noise-cancellation a five because it's about as good as I'd like the noise-cancellation to be without deafness. I have to try calling again. I was on the phone and the sound seems pretty decent. I wouldn't say the sound is crystal clear; it has a slightly muffled sound. So I'm giving it a 4 for now. I haven't found a reason to give it a lower rating. I won't rate the battery life as I didn't have enough time to rate it. I'll check back in a few weeks and give an update.
