Review on 📱 Logitech K480: Bluetooth Multi-Device Keyboard with Phone Holder for Windows, Mac, Android and iOS by Ha Joon

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I can't stop being happy with the purchase, a very good deal!

I checked it on a couple of smartphones - it works. But it was bought as a wireless keyboard for a stationary PC (mini-ITX case), it is in the living room. PC running Windows 7 and Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260+Bluetooth Combo. At first I suffered for a long time, could not establish a connection with the PC (there was a loss of connection), I already wanted to carry it to the service. But the problem, as always, was in the head. I ated the drivers for the wireless adapter and switched the Bluetooth Support Service to Automatic Start (Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Services) and it all worked. I could not connect with a Sony TV (used as a monitor, 60 "screen, Bluetooth 3.0). I worked with this keyboard at a distance of 4 meters from the TV, there were no problems (only the letters are already hard to see).

Pros
  • Fast connection (a few seconds), the ability to connect 3 Bluetooth devices. Economical (manufacturers promise battery life up to 2 years), check it out. Haven't noticed any freezes or slowdowns yet.
Cons
  • There are difficulties when connecting to a stationary PC, and there is almost no information on this issue on the official Logitech website. In any case, the advice from the Logitech website and the Logitech Options proprietary software (from the site) could not help me. But with its help, you can reassign individual keys (I did not check it myself). The first pairing with the device also does not always go well, you have to repeat it several times (maybe it's just me). Pretty heavy keyboard (weight 820 g). It is convenient to work on the table, but it is a very dubious pleasure to carry it with you complete with a tablet (everything will weigh like a small laptop).
